The ranks of the countries are as follows:
Leader: the one who runs basically everything in the country, politics, wars, etc. Second-in-Command: basically a deputy, who takes over when the leader dies or gets too old General: the leader of the army, under orders from the leader Governer: the person who runs the provinces and cities while the leader and others are at war or on a mission Ambassador: kind of like second-in-command to the governer
the warriors in the army could be anyone fit to fight, ranging from age 20 to 40, men or women
mothers, children, elders, and the people incapable to work (i.e. disabilities, injuries) stay home in the cities, run by the governer and ambassador
elders are considered very wise and important to the people, the leader often goes to them for advice
